Damaged or defective merchandise
If the item arrives damaged or the incorrect item has been sent, let us know immediately at miso@misoeats.com so we can make it right for you.
Returns
Sometimes it just doesn't work out, and we get that! All sales final on books, but for everything else, send us an email at miso@misoeats.com to start the process. We'll accept unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Once the item is back in our hands, we'll refund you in the original form of payment. We're still a (very) small business, so you'll need to pay for return shipping costs.
